MTMA33 - Introduction to Computing

I ran this course, which is a hands on course introducing students on the applied meteorology course to scientific computing. This teaches the students the basics of programming in PYTHON and FORTRAN 90, though formally under my stewardship used MATLAB in place of python.

MTMG06 - Statistics for Weather and Climate Science

I recreated this module, which aims to introduce basic statistical concepts and reasoning relevant to environmental science, as well as provide experience in the proper use of statistical methods for the analysis of weather and climate data.

MTMA32 - Measurements and Instrumentation

I assisted on this module leading a weekly practical laboratory session for a group of students and giving a lecture of error handling and basic statistics.

MTMG34 - Experiencing the Weather (Field Course)

Over several years, I have attended the masters field course, this involved taking students on instrumented walks, and launching weather balloons, and analysis of the data collected. In particular, I developed an Excel spreadsheet to easily handle data from RS92 radiosondes and pick key points for plotting tephigrams by hand.
