Administrative roles

My primary administrative role is that of Joint Head of Department (Academic staff)

In this role I lead the Department’s academic and other teaching staff, both in developing internal cohesion, direction and morale, but also in representing the staff to the University. I also allocate teaching for Meteorology academic and other teaching staff taking into account staff workload and career aspirations. The full job description for this role can be found here.
