GLOMAP

The addition of GLOMAP has significantly increased the running time of the UM, so the following runs have been profiled to determine why

• Backward-Euler (includes GLOMAP)
• Newton-Raphson (includes GLOMAP)
• CLASSIC (without GLOMAP)

All the runs had the following details

• 128 PEs
• Grid size is 192*144*85
• They run for 4 months from 1 September 1988

And I've also:

• Compared the Backward-Euler profiles with the CLASSIC profiles
• Added in Mohit's tracer advection fix: removing the double advection of tracer fields and the top 5 reasons that GLOMAP is slower than CLASSIC following this. Saves about 186 seconds.
• Offline Oxidants Fix: the offline oxidants were being read every hour - when they should be read every 5 days. Saves about 209 seconds.
