Testing for UKESM

Tests within suites

Some jobs such as the GA7 suite, u-ac283, contain tests within. The GA7 suite contains

• TEST_PE: runs model with PE_ATM_PROCX*PE_ATM_PROCY PE decomposition, instead of a ATM_PROCX*ATM_PROCY PE decomposition (typically swapping something like 16*14 for 14*16) and checking results are the same.
• TEST_CRUN: I think this runs the same job as normal job but starts from the 10 day dump file (value in RESUB_CRUN), and then checks the output is same.
