Timing tests for MEDUSA

We have two different regimes for MEDUSA

• The spin-up. We want this to be as fast as possible, using a lot of resources
• MEDUSA on a few nodes. When coupled, MEDUSA will only use a few nodes - as atmosphere is much slower - and we want to make best use of what we do use.
