Technical developments (since UKESM forum, start of December 2015)
- Chosen submission method for Rose interface. It uses
- Two Rose apps for Snr and Jnr (unlike one app option, menu
for STASH is available)
- rose task-run --app-key=jnr_um --install-only
- And `rose suite-run --restart' works
- Coupling frequency between Snr<->Jnr is determined by
oasis_couple_freq_ac and oasis_couple_freq_ca (ac stands for
atmosphere to chemistry)
- All the fields being passed from Snr->Jnr now have logicals
so they can be turned off
