Archive data

Besides the live data, there's other archive data. This is mostly a digital recording of the old paper recordings of daily weather, found in /export/labserver/data/MetObs/archive/pocket-registers. The whole of /export/labserver/data/MetObs, is fairly sizeable at 48GB, and has been copied into /export/its/labs/RUAOData/MetObs.
