Venue
- The venue is Dept. of Meteorology, Univ. of Reading.
- The usual time/room is Wednesday 3-4 pm in GU10 (please check each talk for variations).
Location and travel information
- Maps/travel info. is given here - Meteorology (building 58) is in the Early Gate part of Whiteknights campus. An Early Gate map is provided also here. For sat-nav purposes only, the Earley Gate entrance may be found using the postcode RG6 7BE.
- Cars can be parked on campus by prior arrangement only (normally possible only for the speaker). Visitors MUST let me know well in advance with their reg. No. so that a permit can be arranged. Cars parked without a permit risk a fine.

Special notes for speakers
- Thank you for agreeing to give a talk!
- An overhead projector and data projector are provided. Please let me know if you require a PC.
- For electronic talks, either bring your own laptop computer, bring your talk on USB memory stick or CD, or e-mail it to me in advance.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the talk begins.
- Speakers arriving by car MUST let me know well in advance with their reg. No. so that a permit can be arranged. Cars parked without a permit risk a fine.
