Further additions for UKESM0.4

The main additions (there is more detail)

Proper ORCA1 ancillary files for fraction of surface type, leaf area index and canopy height (from Rich)
Settings for nitrogen limitation and crop/pasture forcings - but these additions are kept turned off (u-ag115, Rich has independently done this)
GC3.1 settings (u-ag246)

Two problems

ORCA025 -> ORCA1 caused many mean fields to be junk.
- Needed to change settings in TCOUPMN (istr: 1->3, ifre: 1->3)
Problems with chemistry solver: lack of convergence & X4 run time
- Improved by turning off interactive CO₂ (Colin & I still looking into this)

Latest job is u-ag457.

Speed is ~1.4 model years/day on 23 nodes (20 atmos; 3 ocean)
Completed 5.5 years & still going
