What's currently been done
A coupling script has been written, e.g.
$ coupleJobs.scr cakda eaemd
which includes
- Copy input files from both jobs into one directory, cakda_eaemd
- Junior input files and environment variables are followed by a
2, e.g. CNTLALL2
- Extra branches are added to build scripts
- 4 executables are created: qxreconf1, qxreconf2, atmos1.exe &
atmos2.exe
- Extra reconfiguration stage for junior UM added
Also changes to submission scripts, e.g.
- Addition of qsatmossetup2_cpl
- Change to qsoasissetup
