Turning on load balancing plotting

  • Create the cpmip.output file in work directory with 
    CPMIP_ANALYSIS=true
    in rose-suite.conf
    • Note this does modify the namelists (through drivers)
      • Timers around OASIS PUT & GET etc are turned on - a small overhead
      • Only PE 0 for each UM writes standard output
  • Create share/data/History_Data/load_balance_<date-stamp>.png with 
    PLOT_LOAD_BALANCE=true
    in rose-suite.conf
