Reduce nwbins in UKCA_ABDULRAZZAK_GHAN
- Background: in the process of adding OpenMP to UKCA_ACTIVATE (see
UM ticket
3506, I found that 90+% of the time in UKCA_ACTIVATE can be
attributed to one DO loop in UKCA_ABDULRAZZAK_GHAN. The outer DO loop
for this is over NWBINS, which is used to calculate an area under
a graph. Currently, NWBINS=20.
