How coupling is done
- Copy umui_jobs scripts for two existing jobs into one directory
- Add extension `2' to files wanted for Junior UM
- A branch is also needed so that Junior UM takes the second
version of all environment variables - including a different
ancillary setup file
- A further branch to enable coupling of 2UMs
- Build two versions of UMATMOS and UMRECON
- Run two reconfigurations (in serial)
- Modify submission scripts - 2nd executable is now for Junior
UM, rather than for NEMO.
