SUBROUTINE OPEN_SAMSON_OUT

This routine is passed the variables IUNIT and FILE_OUT and it opens FILE_OUT with unit number IUNIT provided it doesn't already exist.

• Declarations
• calls function NAME_LENGTH to DETERMINE THE LENGTH OF THE FILE NAME
• If file is already open or exists then write a message to unit 7 and RETURN
• open file
