What it does

- Sets various variables.
- Reads data from spectral file.

- Calls FLUX_CALC to calculate fluxes.

- RETREIVE NAME OF SPECTRAL FILE AND READ ITS CONTENTS. - calls

- A few simple checks
- IF (L_WGHT_FLXS_FLTR) CALL CONVOLVE_FUNCTION
- Sets some logicals
- Sets other variables
- lots of CALL READ_SAMSON_FIELD
- SET THE PRESSURES AND TEMPERATURES AT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
LAYERS. - CALL SET_PT_LEVEL
- CHECK THAT THE SPECTRAL DATA IS SUFFICIENT FOR THE PROBLEM
TO BE SOLVED - CALL CHECK_DATA
- CALCULATE THE DIRECT, DOWNWARD AND UPWARD FLUXES. - CALL FLUX_CALC
- CALCULATE THE HEATING RATES AND NET FLUX AND PRODUCE THE
OUTPUT.
- WRITE OUT THE SAMSON FILES. - CALL WRITE_SAMSON_FIELD
