Dear All,

Just a note to say well done to everyone involved in another 
successful panto (which was a thought-provoking piece on research 
ethics and steam trains) that followed seamlessly on from the 
graduation celebration event for which particular thanks are due to 
Nicki Robinson.

The December PhD productivity dip was all worth it and more than 
mitigated by another fine Ambaum/Harrison Atmospheric Physics interval 
lecture. Thanks to Jon Shonk for his slapstick routine (and also for 
Mr Mets) and also to everyone who helped with the clear-up last night 
(the place looks as pristine as when we moved in around the 6th panto) 
and for support from Paul Leacock, Wendy Neale and Dawn Turner. We can 
now look forward to the final WCD followed by Carols and traditional 
Mooli pies later.
