Maidenhead (Berkshire, UK) rainfall series

The images below are plotted values of the Maidenhead rainfall time series.

This series has been determined using reported monthly rainfall totals from several rainfall stations that have been operated in the central Maidenhead area at some point in time since 1859. Data currently used are those from my own station at Boyn Hill.

Each graph shows:

• The rainfall total, shown in red.
• The average rainfall for the area during the standard perios 1991-2020.
• A 30-year running mean to illustrate any rainfall trends in a smooth fashion. Note that the value for any 30-year period is plotted at the end of the 30-year period.
