Research Interests:

  • global and regional changes in the water cycle over land and ocean
  • intercomparison of climate model simulations, measurements and attribution to human influence/natural factors
  • large-scale ocean processes in climate and climate variations

Research Projects:

  • Robust user-relevant attribution assessments and projections of future changes in the water cycle, including extremes : Hydrological cycle understanding via process-based global detection, attribution and prediction (Horyuji PAGODA)
