Second column brightness temperatures at 31.7 GHz
Third column brightness temperatures at 21.3 GHz
Fourth column brightness temperatures at 23.8 GHz

Vl files:
First column: time [hours UTC]
Second column: Vapour [mm]
Third column: Liquid [mm]

Algorithm for V- and L retrieval: 
CCIR linear retrieval with coefficients calculated for Northern part of the hemisphere.
